400g Boneless Chicken cut into pieces, season with salt and pepper & toss in 3 tbls flour (Corn or gram flour is best) | |
300g Vegetables we recommend broccoli, pak choy, bell pepper, carrot | |
160g MA’s Soy Ginger Wok Sauce |
Directions
1.
Cooking the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken to the pan. Stir and cook until the chicken is lightly brown. Remove and put aside.

Adding Greens
Add vegetables to the pan and sauté until they are cooked but still firm.
Mark as complete

What to season with
Place the chicken back to the pan and add the MA’s Soy Ginger Wok Sauce.

Serving Method
Mix well, adjust salt & serve with rice or noodles.

Notes
Chicken can be replaced with seafood, tofu or any other meat.
