Ingredients

Adjust Servings
3 Tomatoes chopped finely
1 Onion chopped finely
2tbls Oil
2tsp MA’s Garlic Paste
1tsp MA’s Cumin Powder
2tbls Pasta Roma Herb Pasta Sauce
1.5tsp Salt
1.5cup Basmathi rice
Water

Directions

Start

Wash the rice and put it aside.
Mark as complete

Seasoning

Heat the oil in a rice cooker and add the onion. Cook until the onion is translucent. Add the garlic, cumin, and sauté for 1 minute.
Mark as complete

It's Done

Add the tomatoes, pasta sauce, salt, basmati and enough water to cook the rice in your rice cooker. Usually, this is measured by filling the water to the first knuckle of your index finger above the rice.
Once cooked, fluff with a fork.
Mark as complete
4.

Let's eat

Garnish with fresh coriander leaf and serve with guacamole, lime/coriander chicken and a wedge of lime.
